This website

• Early access form. When you request early access we receive your name, email, company, website and whatever you write in the message. We use it only to contact you about Apex Proof.
• No tracking. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Apex Proof

Apex Proof is used by agencies to collect feedback on websites. The agency is responsible for the sites it installs Apex Proof on; we process the feedback on their behalf.

When someone sends a report, Apex Proof collects:

• their name and email, and what they typed
• a screenshot of the page and the element they pointed at
• the page address, browser, operating system, screen size, language and time zone
• the page's recent console messages, JavaScript errors and failed network requests

Screenshots can contain whatever was on the page at the time, so reviewers should avoid reporting from pages that show other people's personal information.

Pins on a page show only a report's title, status and the reporter's first name, and by default only to people using the agency's review link.

Team accounts store your name, email and a securely hashed password.

Where data is kept

The app and database run on our server in Canada. Screenshots are stored with Cloudflare. Emails are sent through Resend. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Keeping and deleting data

Reports stay until the agency deletes them or closes its account. To have your data removed, email us and we will do it within 30 days.
